What is Zumba?

ZUMBA is the latest workout craze in the workout biz. It is fun-filled dance aerobics that consist of 70% Latin dance movements and 30% variation of international dances and or yoga/step aerobics/pilates/turbokick/taichi---depending on the instructor.
It can burn up to 600 calories (for my low impact low intensity basic class) and up to 900 calories for my master class (high intensity).
If you have time, come and join us...it will feel a wee bit crazy at first but once you get the hang of it, I promise you, you'll love it!

Also there are classes on Monday and Wednesdays at 1-2 kids are welcome and starting March 22nd there will be childcare available. Hope to see everyone soon.

Does anyone know about the childcare? Like how much it costs and if it is for certain ages? Like a 4 month old?
